The model of the drum circle is very similar to a Symphony.
Our facilitators lead and facilitate
rhythm based events in a group of artists encircled with participants. Each of them is given a’ Djembes’- the traditional African drum. Every individual will automatically thrive to be in harmony with each other, while they beat to keep the rhythm.
Individuals with diverse mindsets will synchronize to achieve a common goal and come to an understanding of belongingness. They will connect with self and others within the team by bonding and sealing the experience in one accord.
